Will bamboo and coconut poles stand up to Queensland weather?
Yes. Our bamboo stakes are kiln‑dried to resist splitting and the coconut fibre poles are firmly wrapped around hardwood cores. Both hold up through the wet season and the summer sun when used above ground. For longer beds or exposed sites we also stock galvanised steel ladders and wire frames.
How do I choose the right clips or ties for my plants?
Soft stems love gentle Velcro ties or silicone clips. Woody branches and heavy crops do better with reusable plastic clamps. Bring in a stem or photo, tell us what you are growing and we will match the clip size so it grips without pinching.
I only have a patio garden. Do I need to buy a big bundle of stakes?
Not at Ashi. Everything on our shelf is sold singly as well as in trade packs, so balcony growers can grab one or two pieces while market gardeners can load a whole carton at the same low price.
