Orchiata orchid bark is a premium substrate made from New Zealand Pinus radiata bark that is sustainably harvested. During the bark’s ageing process, beneficial micro-organisms proliferate and any pathogens are eliminated
Orchiata is carefully graded to produce a uniform and consistent product that is known worldwide for its durability and longevity.
The unique structure of Orchiata orchid bark provides excellent drainage and aeration for orchid roots, helping to prevent root rot and other issues. With a pH of around 5.5-6.5, Orchiata orchid bark is ideal for most orchids and can be used in a variety of growing conditions, making it a versatile option for orchid enthusiasts.
