Ashi Homes and Gardens – Refunds & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Ashi Homes and Gardens. We hope you love your purchase, but we also understand that sometimes things don’t go quite as planned. This policy is here to make the return process clear and straightforward, while also helping us keep things fair for everyone.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • You must notify us of your intention to return within 14 days of receiving the item. Returns initiated after this period may incur a $10 administration fee.

  • All return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect (see ‘Replacements’ below).

  • To ensure a safe return journey, please repackage items carefully. We’re happy to discuss shipping options with you before you send anything back.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned goods. If approved, you’ll receive your refund via the original payment method.

Please note:

  • For change of mind or buyer error returns, the original shipping costs (incurred by us) may be deducted from your refund.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed if items are returned in poor condition or outside the eligibility window.

  • Any refund will be processed promptly after approval.

Replacements

We will send out replacements at no cost to you if:

  • The wrong item was sent.

  • The item has a manufacturer’s fault.

If your item was damaged in transit, please reach out to us immediately so we can help you find the best solution. In some cases, this may involve dealing with the freight provider.
